Consortium members are passionate, innovative and focused on saving lives of New York State patients that   are in need of kidney transplants. Together, we provide a stronger voice for the kidney transplant programs and the kidney transplant  patients of New York State.

NYKidney’s focus is education, efficiency and advocacy. Through collaboration within the transplant centers, organ procurement agencies and patient advocacy groups and the public, we aim to perform public and professional outreach, provide comprehensive accurate and current information on kidney transplantation and living donation, and advocate on the state and national level to improve care and remove disincentives to patients with End Stage Renal Disease (ESRD) and their donors. Consortium members are passionate, innovative and focused on saving lives of New York State patients that are in need of kidney transplants.
